Everyone starts as newbies.

Our workouts are definitely challenging, but don’t let that intimidate you. Progress comes with practice, and everyone begins at zero. Remember, it’s the first step that truly matters.
For a more enjoyable first experience, please follow our pointers below as much as you can.

01
Book Your Spot
Booking your spot early not only secures your spot in the class, but also gives our team ample time to better prepare and accommodate the class to your fitness level and/or condition.
03
Come 15 minutes Early
Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than your class time so that we may explain the space, protocols, and the sport itself to you prior to class starting. Please note that late comers will not be allowed into the class for safety purposes.
05
Come Fed & Hydrated
Because our workouts are high intensity, we do recommend eating 2-3 hours prior to ensure that you do not feel lightheaded during the workout. Please also ensure to hydrate at all times.
02
Contact Us With Questions
A new sport and an unfamiliar space may taunt you, so please feel free to whatsapp us with any questions or concerns. We are so glad to help.
04
Show Up in Workout Attire
Attire is essential to ensure that you are comfortable during the session. Please come in appropriate workout attire and shoes, as well as grip socks for Studio Comma classes. Should you forget any workout gear, both our studios are stocked with them to purchase.
06
Bring Your Water Bottle
Filtered water dispensers are available free of charge in all our studios, but please bring your own bottle to fill.
