CS-U is focuses on slow, controlled lifts to maximize strength and power for all your push movements. Unlike high-rep endurance workouts, we prioritize heavier weights, longer rest periods, and perfect form to help you push past plateaus and build serious total-body strength. Be ready to lift heavy and move with purpose.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made up to one week in advance. Should you need to cancel your bookings, please do so at least 12 hours before your class start time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your class credit. Please also note that to ensure all of our clients' safety, we enforce a 10-minute late policy for every class where latecomers who show up beyond 10 minutes since the class start time will not be allowed in.
