This class focuses on endurance lifts, functional strength, and controlled intensity to help you move faster and more efficiently under load. Power hones in on strength development, ensuring you can tackle sled pushes, farmers carries, and other weighted movements with confidence. Expect max reps, moderate-heavy loads & maximum output.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made up to one week in advance. Should you need to cancel your bookings, please do so at least 12 hours before your class start time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your class credit. Please also note that to ensure all of our clients' safety, we enforce a 10-minute late policy for every class where latecomers who show up beyond 10 minutes since the class start time will not be allowed in.
